Applast Compounding Company is a specialized company focus on polymer compounding process. With decades of experiences, our team owns more than 300 industrial formula over EPDM, CPE, NR, NBR, HNBR,EVM, VCM ect. Further more, we highly value our clients’ R&D needs and tailoring and customization is our routine work.
Process Automation
Up to now we have 10 compounding lines with capability of 150000 tons/year. Four of them are equipped with material handling and loss in weight feeding system. Tuned with our proprietary process, we are capable of clean, eco continues compounding.
Process variety
We provide customized compounding based on the following variable equipments.
- 55L kneader with 150mm SSE
- 75L Kneader with 150mm SSE / 4 roll calender / 6 roll cooler
- 110 Kneader with 650mm mill / 250mm straining /4 roll calender / 6 roll cooler
- 35mm TSE with 44 L/D
- 73mm high torque TSE with 44 L/D/ gravimetric feeding / 200mm SSE / eccentric pelletising system
- 70mm BUSS MKS HT with 18 L/D/ MAAG 56 Melt Pump/Brabenda feeding system
