Plastic
Applast thermoplastic compound provides customers with a wide range of material solutions, from PVC insulation / sheath, irradiation/thermoplastic HFFR to high-performance TPE, TPV and so on. With over 200 formulations either in experimental or process ready, our product line covers all aspects of the industry.
Custom Compound
One of our core services is to work with our clients in development. Tailoring compound design, optimizing process or cost saving in mass production is our main goal. At the same time, Applast is a quality-oriented company, With ISO standard as the basis of operation, we are committed to producing reproducible and consistent products.
Polymer Process
At Applast, we handle our rubber raw materials with debagging station, batch weighting, and transferring to internal mixer pneumatically. Depending on grade, compounds can be filtered with up to 100 mesh screen to ensure purity.
However, plastic grades are usually compounded in twin screw extruder in a loss-in-weight fashion.
